[討論] 速度快 動作小?
小弟最近到了一間新的健身房
那裏的教練提供了一個我從沒聽過的訓練方式
就是他提倡動作小(是小到動作幾乎只有做不到一半)
但是速度快且次數極多(100下左右)的方式
這跟我之前的觀念完全不同
請問各位大大這個方式真的有助於肌肉的成長嗎?
我個人是覺得對心肺功能比較有用
但是這樣好像會拉傷= =
請各位大大指教了
