[問題] 請問可不可以邊重訓邊喝乳清XDD
最近練到一個瓶頸,友打算開始跑健身房(畢竟氣才還是齊全一點)
然後可能重訓完回到家就超過半小時了,想說乾脆泡過去,邊做邊喝這樣可以嗎XD
然後小時後又隱約有聽說,喘喘最好不要喝東西,才不會內傷。
所以到底是怎樣呢XD?(當然真的太喘應該也喝不下去吧,嘴巴很忙,忙著喘大氣這樣)
有沒有人可以告訴我說大概心跳多少以下喝東西比較OK?還是喝的下就OK?
