[問題] 刺激肌肉??
想請問,
如果沒有做組數和負重,
只是單純出力,用盡全力持續數秒,
隔天一樣有痠痛的效果,
(例如:上胸、腹肌、二頭用力..等)
這樣會刺激肌肉,讓肌肉增長或是增加肌力、肌耐力嗎??

昨天上腹出力,
結果從今早酸到現在.. 不動還是很酸0.0
練仰臥起坐的痠痛效果都沒那麼好 囧"
