[問題] 練前喝乳清
之前在某篇文章上
看到練前喝乳清效果最佳
所以最近一週都改成練前喝乳清
喝完熱身慢跑10分伸展一下開始重訓
可是最近作一些容易喘的動作
ex:啞鈴單臂划船 身體整個超喘(之前作也會只是沒那嚜喘而且喘完就不會不舒服)
喘完也不太舒服 一直有點想吐的感覺
請問這是乳清在消化的關係
還是天氣太冷一週多沒有氧所造成的
另外再問一下是要喘完再做還是組間休息個一分鐘就好了
兩種方式有什麼差別
