[問題] 槓鈴划船 腰痛
軀體槓鈴划船 Barbell bent rows
輕重量時還好沒感覺 大約做到5、6rm的重量
就感覺腰有點痛 所以不敢再做下去 怕傷腰
我的姿勢是膝蓋微彎 讓上半身盡量與地板平行
不知各位做槓鈴划船會部會有腰痛的問題
