[問題] 維持肌肉
因為要考研究所了,想把平常練的時間拿來念書
可是如果這一斷...
之前練得肌肉會不會也跟著變小...?
若要他們不要變小得這麼快要怎麼辦阿...?
腿的話或許有空可以慢跑一下有用嗎...?
那胸和背勒...?(伏地挺身...?)
