[建議] 新手發問
小弟現在是個考生,所以無法前往健身房,175/75,手邊有的是10p啞鈴一隻跟健身滾輪一個,平常會做伏地挺身,我是做手併隴的那種,因為我的胸部有點大,想把胸肌練起來,但是感覺裡面是硬的沒錯只是我好像都練到中胸的部份,外表看起來就很像乳房,不知道有沒有版大可以給我有效的訓練方法?喔,我一週大概會有三天會慢跑,一次3k,而其他的訓練都是睡前做的。麻煩各位了,感謝
