[問題] 粗與線條
小弟目前練了2個月後停了快3週
現在想要回復訓練
但現在出現一個我不知道的問題
起初是因為太瘦想要變胖變厚 果真重訓真的是有好效果
在這裡順便跟很多瘦子聲明 真的瘦子練重訓效果最好也胖最快
好回到正題
現在已經不再是當初的瘦子 怎麼說比較像是圓柱體
手臂圓柱體 深體圓柱體 胸部有一點點
不過怎麼就是沒線條!!!(重點來了)
我已經爬過文看過大致上要練線條跟練粗的差別
有人可以說一下到底目前的情況 有些許肉但沒線條(出力才有)
怎麼樣可以練線條出來?
喔不應該是這麼問
現在是該先練出線條再練粗再練線條這樣嗎?
還是繼續練粗後再練出線條?
如果能同時練的話 是怎麼樣? 隔一天一快一慢? 隔一週一週快一週慢?
不曉得是要怎麼樣
