[問題] 關於三角肌的訓練
個人之前鍛鍊三角肌是用一種動作類似坐姿啞鈴推舉的機器
但在板上爬文後發現三腳又分為前側後三塊
前三角用前平舉,側三角用側平舉,後三角是趴在躺床上舉
想請問一下啞鈴向上推舉的動作是練到哪一部分的三角肌呢?
因為我機器可以做到最重了,但是三角肌說實在真的沒有很大塊
側平舉的方式作訓練比較有效?
還是繼續做向上推舉就可以了?
