[問題] 請問這種體型要如何練?

想請教一下各位
我若想要練成類似某些摔角選手那種
肌肉線條不明顯、體脂率不低

因為我外表太虛了
想讓自己看起來更有漢草一點
訓練和飲食該如何搭配
因為我距離上一次的重訓已經是很久的事了
