[閒聊] 受傷後
左手腕受傷後
到現在兩個月半
運動強度和次數砍半
有時停練好幾天
覺得手快好又練
練了手傷又發作
又停........
本來75kg 慢慢的 兩個半月下來 現在變成72kg
當初努力掙來的肌肉 慢慢離場
