[問題] 剛接觸重訓發問
礙於運動中心太遠和健身房時間沒辦法配合
只好買個組合式啞鈴練練
175CM/53KG 平常只有跑步 沒當兵 伏地挺身做個十五下都做不起來(慘)
單手拿著5KG的啞鈴 練二頭 三組 一組8~10下
右手大概第三組最後兩三下就快不行了
左手第三組大概第五下就不行了
但是還是硬撐一下勉勉強強 動作不是太標準的作完了
作完二頭有明顯腫脹和痠痛感
但是休息了一天 都沒甚麼痠痛感耶
怎麼會這樣
是重量不夠重嗎?
