[問題] 胸肌與腹肌之間怎練?
小弟 做完PUSH UP30*4 仰臥起坐30*4 大概作了2個月
但是胸基與腹肌之間只有皮 因為沒有到重訓室 只有在家做
有什麼動作能夠練到那裡的肌肉 或是PUSH UP 仰臥起坐 用的地方不對??
