[問題] 重訓前一個晚上吃蛋白
如題。
假如說重訓前一個晚上吃東西,隔天一早起來再吃份早餐後去運動。
這樣昨晚吃的是不是都變成肥肉了?
蛋白質攝取過多變成脂肪後,好像就沒有用處了耶?
這個過程不會反轉。只能靠有氧來耗掉?
