[問題] 先有氧還是先重訓??
小弟已經爬過置底文了...
請問板上大大,小弟我一向都是重訓 有氧一起做(一個晚上內),那請問要哪個先呢?
置底文說重訓先,稍微休息後再有氧
但我也有看過說,先有氧30分鐘以上讓醣類先消耗完,再來做重訓才能較確實的消耗脂肪
請問哪個才是正確的??
小弟我想瘦身大於增肌肉...
