[問題] 請問一下<下背>!!
各位前輩!!想請教一下...我平常都有做仰臥起坐
或俯身挺背.甚至轉身的都有在練...硬舉也有在做
(雖然沒到很重)...蠻重視整個核心肌群..
腰也沒什麼受傷...頂多做完之後下背緊緊的
但是問題來了..當我一段時間彎腰時(三到五分鐘)
我的腰就酸的不得了...連做家事掃地等等!!
都會痠得很不舒服...請問我這是下背肌力不夠嗎??
次數太少還是重量做得太輕
我滿重視腹背練習的平衡..應該不會有不平均問題??
請問是哪裡出了問題呢??請各位前輩為我解答???
