[問題] 重訓及有氧同時訓練的效果是否比較不好?
從七月健身到現在也半年了

不知道現在的身材該如何練成像RAIN一樣的身材?

今天去伊士邦上教練的課程(續約一年送兩堂課)
有詢問教練上面的問題
並向教練說明我現在的一周頻率約為5~6次 每次重訓後(1hr)在加上有氧(1hr)
結果教練給我的建議是:
首先重訓(1hr),在做高強度有氧藉以維持心肺功能(心跳150/20分)
目的是全身肌肉量衝到110%(inbody測出來只有100%)後在開始減少重訓並增加有氧比例
待肌肉量增加之後再專注做有氧消脂消肌肉會比每天重訓有氧各1hr來的有效率
聽到教練說的話其實很震驚,原來我的觀念是錯誤的(一邊練肌肉一邊雕塑消脂)
有版友可以給我點建議嗎,現在好迷茫..
