[問題] 請問健身後的酸痛保養
各位大家好
斷斷續續上健身房有兩三年時間
慚愧的肌肉並不明顯
目前維持一個禮拜至少一次1hr的訓練
每次訓練前會先跑跑步機15~20分鐘熱身
然後才開始做集中於肩 胸的推舉訓練
想請問以這樣的練習頻率
每次做完都似乎會疼痛將近一周 是否熱身不夠完整?
