[問題] 想練肌力以及肌耐力,但是不想要肌肥大
我有在騎公路車,以及賽龍舟
我想要練成很lean的樣子
就是看起來瘦瘦的,但是很有力量
像是阿姆斯壯一樣http://ppt.cc/UWMl
而不是像阿諾.
請問我應該要怎麼排課表?
把重量降低,rep次數增加
增加有氧嗎?

*目標是騎公路跟划龍舟都可以更快更遠
目前公路車騎45公里速率大概27公里/小時而已
划龍舟每次都練到快虛脫
平常運動量
一個星期3,4天會在健身房運動1個半小時左右
先做重訓,然後做有氧
如果沒有下雨的話,通常是用腳踏車代步每天騎個16公里左右
週末如果沒有下雨會騎45公里去練龍舟的地點
練2個小時龍舟
然後再騎45公里回家
