[閒聊] 兩小時的胸...
最近也邁入一個部位多動作了~~囧>
之前練胸是除了史密斯握推(單邊20KG 8組6下)
和上斜啞鈴(單手15P 8組6下)
還加入雙槓下撐(57KG無負重 6組6下)
這樣時間還能抓在1小時初內做完
最近把雙槓改成 躺在做仰臥起坐的器材上 躺斜的 讓下半身高於上半身
然後舉啞鈴
換成這動作(15P單手 8組6-8下)
全部做完至少花上1小時半到12小時..... 休息也要久一點 不然會面臨舉不起啞鈴的窘境
想問一下這是正常的嗎......?
我做的順序都是臥推->下胸->上胸
