[問題] 關於胸
大家好
我是才健身快一個月的新手 181/61
關於胸的部分
因為我伏地挺身大概最多只能做10下左右
而且沒有很標準
那我與其去健身房做蝴蝶機 胸上推舉機 或是臥推啞鈴之類
是不是不如先把伏地挺身練好啊??
因為每次做完那些胸的痠痛感都不會很大
反而是練個伏地挺身就會很酸= =
