[問題] 爬樓梯
請問一下
最近因為都下雨天
有時後又有點攬的出去
不知道在家裡面爬樓梯
算不算是有氧運動
以正常來說
三十分鐘以上 ..
有辦法瘦到肚子嘛??
還是也可以受到全身 ??
還有會不會很傷膝蓋阿
會比跑步還要傷嘛 ??
