[問題] 減脂與增重能同時嗎?
小弟爬了不少文 也去FITNESS板研究了一下 反而更增加小弟的疑惑
要減肥就要做有氧運動
因為它會燃燒脂肪
不少人說重訓後接著做有氧 這樣在補充蛋白質時能夠更順利吸收 才會長肌肉
但是做有氧不就也會讓體重變輕(減肥)嗎
小弟想要增重、減脂並且有肌肉線條
如果重訓完再接有氧 結束後半小時內補充蛋白質
到底能不能達到增重、減脂並且有肌肉線條的目的
