[問題] 運動與進食的順序
請問太瘦想要增胖長肌肉的人,
比較建議的順序應該事先運動在吃東西,
還是先吃東西在運動呢?
因為想說運動完進食補充蛋白質讓肌肉可以吸收,
可是想想又好像沒有人在空腹運動的,
所以滿疑惑的。
