[問題] 適合增重的消夜小點心(不要炸的)
小弟是想增重的瘦子
最近運動加上增加食量的結果並不如預期
因此想再加上消夜
我的想法是每天睡前一杯熱牛奶再加上這份食物就好
吐司的話已列為下午茶點心所以不考慮進去
想請問大家什麼食物可以適合當消夜小點心(炸的就不考慮了 每天吃可能會掛)
請各位提供一下好點子囉
