[問題]斜方肌
小弟我是新手
173/63 偏瘦吧= =
由於是窄肩 所以開始練身體
但是每次做肩膀時 斜方肌已經很斜(算是有一點肉那樣)
所以肩膀都是三角形
怎樣練可以讓肩膀變寬但是平一點(平舉前抬舉我也有做)
煩請大大指教
