腹肌負重的在家自主訓練方法
最近健身房到期不再續約
改成在家自主訓練
每周胸+三頭 背+二頭 肩各一次
中間插有氧
腹肌是天天練
不過總是覺得腹肌沒辦法像其他肌群每次練完隔天痛不欲生
有什麼是在家自主訓練可採用的腹肌負重練法嗎
