[問題] 氣喘的人減脂
爬過各位大大的文章後,小弟深深了解到有氧運動對減脂的幫助,
而其中最有效的不外乎就是慢跑與游泳,當然也是有有氧舞蹈之類的,
可惜小弟天生就有氣喘的痼疾,對於有氧運動的負荷能力很有限,
不知道有沒有什麼可以替代的方式?
FYI 小弟平時有在做重力訓練,不過再厲害的肌肉被脂肪蓋住也是枉然壓
