[問題] 練胸肌而不練到斜方肌的方法
最近開始練肌肉
從亞玲跟伏地挺身開始
想說從胸肌當成重點開始
但是因為本身比較常穿襯衫
所以不太希望練到斜方肌
想請問一下能否說明哪種動作比較符合我的這種期待呢
