[問題] 高蛋白奶粉
小弟覺得自己太瘦了

感覺吃的沒比別人少可是都胖不了
聽說吃高蛋白奶粉可以讓體重增加一點
可是爬文大家很像都要配合重訓
可是小弟因環境關係要去重訓室很像沒有那麼方便
想請問可以喝高蛋白奶粉配合自己在家自主的伏地挺身or仰臥起坐之類的
這樣可以嗎?
以前我平時有空都會去打籃球
可是今年剛升上大二
課業很重所以就比較少去了
