[心得] 練腹肌的方法 跟大家分享
各位大大好...
這是我最近發現的方法.
把一張椅子或是板凳放在地上
然後座上去 然後用躺下伸直的方式重複運動
不用15下你就感覺腹肌開始酸痛...
做個示意圖
腳→ 〝000○ ←頭
┬
椅子→ ││
不曉得這樣大家看不看的懂...大概做個兩個禮拜..腹肌就有形狀囉...
我是屬於肚子胖胖的人...
