[問題] 新手練胸腹部問題
我想練胸腹肌
本身173 59 沒有特別增強營養 三餐正常吃
一時興起想練身體
想問各位強者
我目前每天早晚各做5組仰臥起坐(一組15下)和伏地挺身(一組7下)
仰臥起坐這樣一直做可以訓練到腹部
可是看很多人說伏地起身練胸肌沒用 真假?!
我這樣做有用嗎?!大概多久可見到成效?!
我偏向買啞鈴練胸部,那要怎做!?
