[問題] 減重遇到停滯期--不能完全只靠節食嗎?
我食量減半三個月, 體重掉了8kg
就在掉到7字頭時卡住了一個多月
期間只有偶爾散步和輕微的肌力訓練
這時我是應該...?
食量再減少?
加強重訓 or 有氧運動?
哪種效益會比較好?
