[問題] 半年的成果(待噓),跟小問題
半年前,沒有上健身房。
三頭跟腹肌是在家練的。
因為當時還不懂均衡什麼的,以為手臂粗就好,所以沒做寬的伏地挺身(都做窄練三頭

在這學期初,選了一門在學校健身房上課的體育課。
所以每周可以有一天在學校練家裡練不到部分。
在健身房練的部位:背、二頭、肩三角。
在家有多練胸、下背這兩個部位。

背很虛,所以拍完就刪掉了= ="
暑假會在平日多利用最近在家附近發現的單槓練。
問題是,我到了暑假就沒辦法上健身房了。
二頭跟背可以用單槓練,但是肩三頭不知道該怎麼辦@@
家裡沒有啞鈴,難道真的要買啞鈴才能練了嗎?
還有,我目前的身材,除了背以外,更該加強的是什麼呢?
