[問題] 常運動但胸部和腹部脂肪多怎麼辦
原po男的但胸大很不好看
還算蠻常運動的
每個禮拜都打籃球一到兩次
每次都兩小時以上(含休息)
我身高174cm 體重約65kg
還算正常唯獨胸部腹部讓我很沒信心
偶而會到健身房跑步擴胸及仰臥起坐
吃完後就一直坐著脂肪囤積會很多嗎?
到底該如何消脂呢?
大概多久會有明顯效果?
