[心得] 健身後的15天
從加入天下後,原本只是想要利用延畢1年的時間
把自己的體重從62練到70因為一直瘦瘦的,
每天也都造課表操課,舉的重量也有所成長
今天量體重看到了66的數字~~~整個超開心
只能說健身是一個很好很好的運動唷!!
