[問題] 請問大腿內側肌肉的練法
爬了一下文
發現討論這部分肌群的不多
因為小弟下半身都是藉由騎腳踏車爬坡在練
不過最近大腿外側開始有點疼痛
早上去看復健科
醫生說因為外側肌肉過強 內側肌肉太弱
導致整個使用力量的慣性都在外側
所以才會酸痛
醫生建議我 要 多鍛鍊內側肌肉 多讓外側肌肉放鬆
重點來了..
除了健身房內的機器
如果平常在家想到
有什麼方式可以練嗎???
