[問題] 想請問各位肌肉猛男們
小弟我都是在學校的健身房修練
一個學期下來確實肌肉量長了不少
可以很明顯的感受到
可是我一直有個困擾就是
我痠痛消的速度感覺實在是很慢
想請問有什麼辦法可以加速代謝呢
有氧運動小弟我因為事系籃球隊所以固定246都會固定跑很大
至於收操這些我都有做
只是睡覺真的有點不足(大一課很滿又很多活動)
不知還有什麼好辦法可以讓痠痛快點消失
希望各位肌肉猛男們可以無私的大分享給我
