[問題] 如果啞鈴不同重可以嗎?
因為家裡啞鈴只有兩個
分別是16P跟15P....
因為沒錢也沒時間跑去健身房,所以想在家裡練一下三角肌(骨架跟女生差不多..)
爬文看板上的影片似乎是平舉可以練三角肌(174/67)
不知道這樣練的話會不會最後變成拿15P的那邊肩膀比較窄阿= ="
要去買個16P的讓重量平均比較好嗎?
PS:腹肌在家真的好難練...仰臥起坐做了四年還是只有兩塊...中間分開...
好想讓它們上下也分開...哀哀
