[問題] 我採用的間歇運動
現在因為想要降體脂肪
所以重訓完都會再做20分鐘有氧
我用的方法是踩台大重訓室的腳踏車 腳在身體前面的那種
一分鐘強度15一分鐘強度5,
到最後六分鐘改成一分鐘強度15一分半鐘強度5
(因為真的是快喘死orz)
心跳大概都可以達到一分鐘170多下
請問這樣子的間隔會不會太短?
兩個強度的階段是不是應該要再都加長時間呢?
