[問題] 髕骨軟化
Hello 大家好
我的膝蓋之前會痛 經過醫生鑑定後說是髕骨軟化
經過爬髕骨或者軟化都沒有相關文章
所以我就來發問囉!
像這樣的情況我要練什麼部分才能減輕我膝蓋的負擔呢?
醫生是叫我多休息 只是我現在可能又開始要大量打球了
像前幾天練完球又開始痛了...
是要練股四頭嗎?那就是Leg extension囉?
還是要練其他地方?
