[問題] 下腹肌鍛鍊的動作
下腹肌(肚臍以下)的鍛鍊
平躺腿抬起與身體呈90度在往上踢屁股離開地面 20下*4組
雙槓撐住腿抬起與地面呈水平 12下*4組
練了幾個月很早就有輪廓但就是不會分開
我該加別動作練嗎?還是負重練?
可是我想不太到有啥動作 ||冏rz
