[問題] 旋轉肌腱拉傷
是在練前三角平舉時拉傷左邊的肩膀
原本以為是拉傷三角肌
去醫院看了復健科才知道是拉傷旋轉肌腱 (投手肩)
醫生是說要三到六周才能痊癒
治療方式是吃消炎藥與熱敷 + 電療 (這東西真的有用嗎)
時間內要避免患部會痛還有手肘高過肩膀出力的動作與訓練 (如自由式)
像在這段期間內不知道這些訓練還能不能作
1.史密斯臥推、坐式機械飛鳥
2.滑輪坐姿划船、啞鈴單臂划船
還是說這段期間就該完全休息
順便讓一些可能受傷的部分都完全痊癒再重新出發?
