I decided to live and work in Las Vegas to be the hitting/offensive coordinator for an amateur baseball team. I am still waiting for Lamigo to pay bonuses rent reimbursements and even my salary. The team has not paid anything since September 5th! They also penalized me 200,000nt for what they claim was an unexcused absence for 3 days. So in order for me to get my salary, they wanted met to cancel my coaches contract and waive my agreement to receive bonuses for team's performance in the post season. My attorneys will go to court to fight Lamigo. But they also want to take my story public. They want the fans to know Lamigo is not honest, fair, and the team does not respect contracts! Otherwise I am great! The team here in Vegas loves me. And they are paying me more money than Lamigo with less work hours and pressure to win. Then they said since i did not agree to sign to cancel my contract the penalty will be taken from my september salary AND the cpbl bonus! So no matter what they i was either going to leave with just my salary for 26 days in september or get nothing!!!!!!!! 01:57 Jim Huang crap! 01:57 Corey Paul The counsel of labor affairs says they are in violation They cannot cancel my contract because i was in contact with the team those three days i took off and because i returned to work two more days in the minor team the cannot cancel my contract And since the team told me 9/26 was my last day of work the breached the contract...which goes against the laws of contract law I was wrongfully terminated My contract is not broken So i am entitled to get my entire salary And since lamigo placed 2nd in the asian series i should get both the cpbl and asian bonuses salary until 11/21, and rent payments i made through 11/31/2012.
