[心得] s8、s8+ 15天內有非人為損傷可換新機
朋友今天發現s8+螢幕有黑點
去基隆某間中華門市
進去後表明螢幕有黑點未超過15天要求換新機
但門市堅持說只有七天
今天剛好是購買後的第八天,因此門市說只能走送修手續
這也不意外,以往都是七天,只有今年三星自行加到15天
最後解決方式是透過中華客服和三星客服兩方求證才順利換新
有購買S8、S8+的板友
如有這類問題請小心
