According to your inquiry, please go to settings>power management>battery usage, please kindly verify which item consumes battery most. If Google Play Service is the one which most consumes the power, please go to settings>apps>all>Google Play Service> Manage space>clear all data.
If the problem still persists, we suggest that you perform a repair phone via PC Companion. Please refer to the following link to download PC Companion:

Do not connect your phone to PC Companion in the beginning, go to PC Companion > Support zone > phone software upgrade > repair phone. Follow the instructions to finish the operation.
