[請益] 午晚工作如何保持早起呢?
剛出社會不久 固定上下午與晚上的班
理論上早上就該把晚上做的是做好
例如運動 收拾整理 跑郵局等等
但是早上完全起不來...每天都睡飽睡滿才起床
晚上則是因為太晚起來變得更晚睡了...
有人可以分享一下這種工作作息要怎麼要求自己 怎麼調整嗎?
