[請益] 非常膽小..該怎麼辦?
我從小就很沒膽...很容易慌亂...容易把小問題放大成洪水猛獸,
小學一年級的事情,我永遠記得,開學第一周
我把午餐沒喝完的玉米濃湯,放在課桌椅的抽屜,然後過一陣子後,
我想喝所以伸手去拿,結果一不小心打翻了,弄出一點點湯在抽屜,
可能是怕被老師責罵..也可能是沒經歷過所以不知所措,也可能是沒面紙擦乾淨,
我就這樣不知如何處置,就把那些溢出來的濃湯原地擺著....
可能過了三四天,慌亂感消失了才去擦拭掉吧...回想起來我當時是無法克服危機
國一的時候,有一次犯了一個過錯,老師跟我媽告狀,我媽再跟我爸告狀
但我爸出差,隔天才會回來,我很怕我老爸,而我就這樣失眠了一天...
國二有一次,我是小老師需要幫同學訂工具,我一向很畏懼向別人說出我的請求
到現在,我不會秀出自己,也不敢去要求別人幫忙我什麼,
所以我就不敢跟我爸說,到了最後一天晚上沒得拖延才跟他說,商店都打烊了,
我爸一直罵我為何到最後一刻才講...我想是心理障礙吧
我每次到新環境,一定先觀察有沒有我的罩門在這,如果有,我都會很緊張
然後放不開,一直撞牆,逃避,拖延,人際關係是這樣,課業上也是,
我一直都是柿子挑軟的吃,便宜行事,喜歡跟沒有威脅感的人事物相處,
簡單來說,我永遠對人事物進行二分法,一是我絕對可以控制,二是我絕對要避開的,
我只敢對已經接納我的那些人,展現出真實有缺點的自己,
如果面對我的罩門,我會壓抑自己行為,避開犯錯,然後想逃離,
包括對令我緊張的家人,我都會想逃避,然後我就被說不尊重...
這使我感覺自己很沒用,價值感低落,但卻走不出去,心無法壯大,
很難解釋為什麼會這樣...我覺得是心理障礙...簡單的事情卻無法改善
這種思考習慣已經影響到我的生活了,造成負面傷害,
看過諮商師了,但都沒有遇到有貼切解決方法的諮商師,
我想走出來,該怎麼辦?
