小弟需執行一拉伸實驗,是有關於薄的薄膜拉伸,
參考他人測試的規範應該為ASTM D882,
問題是小弟經驗不足研讀過後小弟理解為其決定拉伸速率的規則有其特殊性,
想請問是否有人是否有針對此類的測試有深入探討,可讓我請益,
問題主要是為何此類的測試拉伸速率有特別的決定方式與
如何決定最後產品的拉伸速率?
這些拉伸速率的不同對測試結果與分析有何影響?

9. Speed of Testing
9.1 The speed of testing is the rate of separation of the two
members (or grips) of the testing machine when running idle
(under no load). This rate of separation shall be maintained
