Free agency officially opens on Wednesday, and the Cavaliers, Trail Blazers, Celtics, Knicks, and possibly even the Lakers are expected to show interest. New York can only offer the mid-level exception, worth between $5 and $6 million, while Portland is the only one of the aforementioned clubs with sizable cap room.
